Dr. Santos was amazing! She took the time to explain unique situations with my eyes that other doctors had touched on but never fully explained. She is a breath of fresh air in the medical field. My... experience started out positive when calling to schedule the appointment. The front desk is kind, courteous, and empathetic too. I would drive great distances to visit!read more

I have been using Blair Vision for all my eye care since 2017. The sign of a we'll run business, is their staff retention. Every staff member that was there in 2017, are still there today. I in this... day and age that speaks volumes about the kind of management that is here. Dr Blair, in my opinion, wants all his patients to see the best they can see. He goes out of his way to make sure that the prescription is as near perfect as it can be. Dr Blair never makes you feel less than you are his most important patient, and does not rush through the exam. I have always dealt with Michelle on the ordering and fitting of my glasses, and you can tell you that if something is wrong, she will fix it. Her personality puts you at ease immediately, I have never seen a business quite like this. I highly recommend Blair Vision.read more

Dr. Blair and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He has diagnosed problems with our daughter that we didn't know were going on...just by giving her an eye exam and putting her in therapeutic lenses.... He changed the treatment plan for our son's lenses, and his eyes are tracking better and he goes down in his prisms every few months. He has been a big blessing!read more

Plan 3 hours for a visit (doc was good and very approachable, explained things very well - 20 min of the visit), assistants were rude and very condescending when insurance information was disclosed,... told it would take 2 weeks for glasses to come in.... called today because there has been no follow up and was told it could be up to 8 weeks due to insurance. This was not told when we PAID and ordered the glasses. NOT GOING BACK because of office staff professionalism. I will not be treated that way or let my kids see people treat others this way. Extremely disappointing. I would not reccomend going here.read more

My husband made an appointment with Dr. Blair on recommendation of a friend. From that first call to the exam to the optician assisting with new glasses choices, we were treated like family. ... Richard was very impressed with the very thorough eye exam and the knowledge of the employees and Dr. We mentioned off and on during the rest of the day how pleased we were with our treatment. We would highly recommend using this eye care service!!!read more

Dr. Blair was excellent evaluating my low vision and vision loss focal problem and my lens choices. I was concerned at being dismissed...but that was far from my experience. Front desk staff was very friendly. My technician was rough and didn’t seem on top of things. Terrible conversationalist as she spoke maybe seven words. No warning or explanation about the very... invasive procedure she conducted on my eyeballs that were already in pain. Worst care in an eye clinic and perhaps in any medical clinic. The doctor was nice and did a great job but I won’t be back because of the tech.read more

Initially I called in to get a quote on an eye exam for a contacts prescription. Theresa helped me and quoted me. I called back later to set up an appointment and Theresa was very helpful and polite... again. At my appointment I was checked in timely and orderly and treated professional and with respect. Dr. Jaxon was informative. He was very kind and personable. He also wrote me two prescriptions for different brands of contacts so I did not have to come in for a followup. Overall my experience was extremely pleasant and I look forward to any correspondence or business I have with Blair Vision Care in the future. I am truly satisfied by the exceptional service and care I was shown at this office.read more

Dr. Blair has been my husband Michael's optometrist since he began his practice in Walmart. My husband may of been blinded (in both eyes) if Dr. Blair didnt take immediate action to get him into... surgery for a detached retina. This happened in the other eye in the following year. Also, Dr. Blair trusted my husband enough to accept payments on his contacts when he could pay until paid off and could receive his contacts. Definitely, a kind, caring, attentive, and skilled optometrist. My husband Michael refuses to go to anyone else, even when we lost our vision insurance.read more

I have to admit that eye clinics have always been the same for us. Stoic and your in and your out sort of thing. But I/we are thoroughly delighted with Blair Vision Clinic. First of all Michelle and... Heather are amazing. They make you feel comfortable, laugh with you and just all around make the experience better. Dr. Jackson is cool and down to earth. The rest of the staff are great and go out of their way to help you maneuver through the whole insurance process etc. This is definitely our new eye clinic.read more

Dr. Blair and his staff are incredible. They take great care of their patients, and even non-patients. I took my friend to see Dr. Blair and he worked with her until he was able to stop her... dizziness and veering to the right when she walked. Michelle took her time fitting her with glasses and even took the time to adjust my progressive glasses that I didn't even purchase from them. They are fabulous people!!read more

Today I was greeted with smiles by Val & Heather at the front desk. These two ladies are warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. On this visit I had come to see Kelly. He is an Optician and is... a Lens Cutter Specialist. I will tell you from past experience that Kelly's lens cutting is spot on. He is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of his position. After I'd left my visit with him I was confident I had all the information I needed to make informed decision regarding which lens' I wanted to purchase. My eyes are the windows to my world and I greatly appreciate the staff at Blair Vision Care in Canon City for their wonderful care. As a side note, when I walked in there was a table of all homemade treats including chocolate chip cookies, a queso cheese dip with tortilla chips, and chili. The smell was heavenly. I was walking down main street seen their sign went in and was greeted with a smile and friendly service. They set an appointment called 24hr before to remind me in my life That's a life saver.
